The students of Lucknow public school were oriented on ROLE OF YOGA & MEDITATION ON STRESS MANAGEMENT. The students were given hands on training of different asans and it's benefit on the child's all round development. They were also enlightened on the effective stress management tool that lowers stress by activating the body's relaxation response, leading to physical benefits like reduced heart rate and blood pressure. It also enhances emotional well-being by improving self-awareness, fostering a sense of calm, and improving coping skills to manage stress more effectively. The brainstorming was done on how regular practice can rewire the brain to improve emotional regulation and build resilience.
