Description: LUCKNOW PUBLIC SCHOIOL,Vrindavan Yojna organized its Annual Concert, aptly named ‘Splendore’ on 27th Dec’16. The Function commenced with the lighting of lamp. The programme began with a school report presented by Mrs. Manisha N Pathak, the principal of the school followed by Ganesh Vandana. The bedazzling performances of the tiny tots was a blend of fusion of Indian and western music and dance. Tiny tots of lower playgroup to class 2 enthralled the audience by dancing to the feet tapping catchy tunes like ‘Daddy cool’, ‘My heart goes Shalala’ and ‘Ketchup Song’, ‘It’s a beautiful day’ programme presented by class 3-5 depicted the beautiful world created by God. The highlight of the evening was ‘O ri chiraiya’ performed by students of class 4 & 5, a programme with a strong message of ‘Save the girl child ’ and stop female foeticide. The soulful presentation of this sensitive issue left a deep impact and was highly appreciated by the audience. The programme concluded with the speech of Chief Guest and National Anthem.
