World earth day is celebrated on 22nd April each year to spread awareness about conserving earth.
Children of preprimary were dressed in vibrant green colored dresses for the occasion. Student from KG spoke on Earth Day in Assembly. Different type of activities were done in LN, UN and KG. They brought saplings in the earthen pots.
A special assembly was conducted where students shared their views about the importance of saving Earth and the measures that can be adopted to save our planet.
The children were made aware that Every Day is an Earth Day and the purpose of celebrating Earth Day is to keep our grass green and pure skies blue with more trees and less pollution.
