On occasion of World Health Day, a competition “Mom’s Magic” was held where mothers enthusiastically participated in it and prepare delicious healthy recipes. It was judged by Dr. Smita Singh a clinical dietitian, presently working in Midland Health Care and Research Centre. The recipes were judged on basis of nutritional value, taste, Calorific value and presentation. In the competition, Mrs. Seema Gupta was the winner and Mrs. Aradhana Yadav and Mrs. Rubita Verma were judged as 1st and 2nd runner up respectively.
